choosing a consistent look

yesterday i took a while bunch of photos for our store. although i don't have that awesome, distressed looking teal bench that my parents-in-law have (that i used in my product photography post), i tried to go for a similar look with a teal-ish background. i re-photographed many items in order to acquire a consistent look throughout the store, or at least for now throughout the wire art category.

i'm going to have a root canal done tomorrow - outch! - so i'm not sure if i'll feel up to finishing the editing work and listing some more items... but i still wanted to ask:
what do you think of the background color, should the teal be more bold as it was before or is it okay like this as well?

i LOVED the weathered look of that teal bench, but the subtle look of this background is also nice. i'm not sure how it comes across on different screens though. let's see what the others say.
i also think that some example pics of how these pendants are used might be interesting as well.(?)

Good luck with your dentist appt. I think the bolder teal is better :)

I think it's all fine, I look at your items, not the background :)

Wishing you all the best on your root canal, it's really not too bad anymore.

I like both, but I really like the new, lighter shade. I prefer the off-angle shot of the first three photos more than the straight on shot (the owl). I like the depth and how the lighter color emphasizes the art!

That shade of blue is really nice. When I was young it was one of my favorite colors - all shades of blue, anyway.
The copper fish is very beautiful!
